Please note that a 15% Service Charge is added to all orders under $500.00. For orders over $500.00, a 10% Service Charge is applied.

Payment terms are 15 days from receipt of invoice. Invoices are emailed weekly from the Upper Crust office, email address Billing@theuppercrustpizzeria.com.

If payment is not received by 30 days after invoice is sent, the credit card on file will be charged.
